I have always had fantastic, honest, objective advice from Lana in the service department. This isn't something that you readily receive in this industry but she has saved me a lot of money letting me know what really needs to be done immediately and what can wait a bit. I live in St. Albert and there is a Suzuki dealership on the Westend of Edmonton but I make the trip to Millwoods Suzuki when I need parts and this is why: The (unnamed) westend Edmonton dealership had tried to scam me twice before, damaged the remote start on my vehicle, and was unable to access my vehicle's warranty stating that I would have to pay out of pocket and contact the warranty provider. None of this was a problem at Millwoods Suzuki. They were able to fix the airbag light for a small reprogramming fee (quoted $1800 at the westend dealership), accessed my warranty information and swapped out the catalytic converter free of charge. The staff are knowledgable and honest and I have never had a problem with these guys. This is why I make the 45 minute trip to Millwoods Suzuki when there is a competing Suzuki dealership 5 minutes from my house. 5 Star Google Rating

Great dealership with an excellent owner!!! Lounis, the dealerships owner is without a doubt the best person I have ever dealt with in the auto industry! He showed integrity and class when dealing with my family and I. He took the time to wheel my Mom in her wheelchair so she could have a better look at the vehicle I was purchasing. He also worked much harder than many other dealerships to get me more money for my trade in. Because of his efforts I drove away with my dream car, a fully loaded Cadillac CTS!!! I also have to give two thumbs up to Ian in Financing. Ian was also the best Finance guy I've ever dealt with, he worked really hard to get me a great prime rate and answered all my questions etc. Ian also showed a lot of class while dealing with my family and I. Moving forward I'm going to tell all my friends and family to see Lounis & Ian when they're in the market for a new vehicle. 5 Star Google Rating
I had the pleasure of dealing with both Jacob and Bryan when my wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle. Jacob was very friendly and keen to help us out and was always happy to try and facilitate us and our difficult schedules. The whole process was straight forward and Bryan played a big part in getting the deal put together with the bank.
